“Property” refers to any land, estate, or housing unit offered by the Company.
3. Property Purchase and Allocation
All property sales are subject to availability and full or agreed payment.
Allocation of plots is done only after confirmation of payment and completion of required documentation.
The Company reserves the right to re-allocate a plot if payment terms are not fully met.
4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved payment channels.
Clients must ensure that all payments are made to official company accounts only.
Initial deposits are non-refundable after [insert number] days of reservation unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payments may attract penalties or forfeiture of property as agreed in the sales agreement.
5. Documentation
Clients shall receive property documents such as Deed of Conveyance, Registered Survey, or any relevant title documents upon full payment.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide accurate and valid personal information during registration or purchase.
Clients must comply with estate rules, government regulations, and building guidelines.
Any transfer or resale of property must be duly communicated and processed through the Company.
7. Company Rights
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service or property offering at its discretion.
The Company reserves the right to review pricing and terms at any time without prior notice, except where a valid agreement exists.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the Company’s refund policy.
Administrative charges may apply to any approved refund.
Refunds are issued only to the original payer and through the same payment channel used.
9. Limitation of Liability
SimpleWorth Group shall not be held liable for losses arising from client’s negligence, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with agreed terms.
We do not guarantee future land or property value appreciation; investments are subject to market conditions.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from transactions with the Company shall first be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
All client data will be kept confidential and used only for business purposes.
We comply with relevant data protection laws and do not share personal information without consent, except when required by law.
